All but Rampage, which sticks out like a sore thumb! (One I'll live with....I love that game)
Bomber Raid for SMS is black, so it stands out like Rampage does. Silly Activision.

I like the Amaray PS2 cases, as long as they're the original ones with the bulletproof triangular hub and the memory card slot. PS3 cases third as they're just big enough for a decent book, but take a little less space than a DVD case. They also have the sturdy triangular hub, but there's the half inch of wasted space at the top.

Worst is definitely SCD/Saturn big jewel cases. Easy to break and impossible to replace. I'd say the cardboard PS1 longboxes are a second worst because they'll eventually wear out at the bend like CD digipacks.

Genesis/Master System games come in nice cases. I usually lump them together because its more or less the same. Then they switched to cardboard....I usually don't like cardboard cases, but I love SNES, N64, and Game Boy boxes. They look so awesome.

Sega CD and Saturn US cases are absolutely horrid. No doubt about it.

I like the Odessey 2 boxes. They were quite nice for being cardboard boxes. Functional and pretty durable. DVD kinds of casings are my favorite though. They just last longer. Like the Genesis/SMS boxes. The TG-16 game jewel cases were cool also with the little plastic clip, and plastic pocket for the games. Those were a cool idea for the time.

I hate the sega saturn cases. Poor quality and absurdly large size. The early psx boxes sit under that for being, again, absurdly large, and crappy quality. The sega ones shatter and become useless, while the old playstation ones could tear, or break, but were more resiliant to having their hinges broken off. My favourite would be the psp or ps3 cases. If they were the size of a normal cd jewel case, I think they'd be perfect. The size of a normal dvd case is taller than I care for and just takes up more space on my shelf.

I would say worst are Sega CD, Saturn, and CD jewel cases like Dreamcast very fragile, crack very easy!!

The best: Neo-Geo and DVD cases are very sturdy, protective

I still like the PS2 and GAMECUBE DVD style cases. DVD cases do take little more room then a jewel or slim, but they hold good sized readable Instruction Book(s) and has a slot for a memory card.

Standard DVD cases are probably the best. Easily replaceable if need be and they aren't too wide on the shelf, but have enough space for good artwork.
Durable too!

My favorite cases are DS cases. I use them for my GB and GBA games. Good size for artwork. Not too wide when spined on the shelf (as opposed to GBA cardboard boxes) and can accomodate original manuals. Awesome.

Definitly my favorite cases for a portable system. I like the PSP but the manuals dont stay in there as nice becuase there is only one tab. And they are too tall.
