Mora is a good coach too, just some classic pressers thrown in too. We've had our share of coaches with some memorable quotes similiar to Mora, too bad none of them were in the same league coaching wise.
Yeah, complaining about being a Colts fan the past 15 years is downright laughable. Real tough watching probably a top 5 QB ever lead your team to playoffs year after year. Try having one playoff victory in the last 50 years. Trying watching your idiot GM take a WR in the first round of the draft 3 out of 4 years and then watching ownership give the boob an extension after proving his was the worst GM in sports history.
Super Bowl..... who is your pick!?
Re: Super Bowl..... who is your pick!?
Well, Matthew Stafford seems to be a bright light for the future of the Lions.
He had the most incredible play of the entire 2009 season, in what was my favorite game of the season. I'd love him to play for my team, any day.

Yeah, people were gushing around here after that game. That NFL films clip does give me chills and get me excited for the future, but I've been teased by them before. I do think they have the right management in place now though. I want to say like 6 picks they made this year started and contributed in a real positive way, but then again that could just reflect how bad the players Millen left them to have to replace were.

Really weird in your sports town right now. The Lions are looking up, the Wings...
It used to be, even if you know nothing about hockey, if someone asked you who the best team in the NHL was, Red Wings was always a good answer.
If they don't make the playoffs this year, I'll be shocked.

You people and your sports. I spent the Superbowl doing data recovery and taking apart barcode scanners.

Like I said, lets take a wait and see approach with the Lions. The Wings have been hit hard with injuries this year and I think the olympic break will help them get healthy for the playoffs. I think they'll make it, I hope, 18 years in a row, best current streak in sports and I don't want to see that end. Johan Franzen who's been one of our best playoff performers just came back last night after getting hurt in like the 4th game of the season. Holmstron just came back last week and we are still waiting on Andreas Lilja. Another positive so far this year is that our rookie goalie who's been hyped for years as our goalie of the future has been pretty good.
