The funny thing about that game is the way the developers tried to incorporate the game's deficiencies into the story. The game was riddled with draw-distance pop up issues, giving it a foggy look. The game explains that this is actually "Kyptonite Fog" and it was unleashed to slow superman down while flying, which was also a lousy excuse for the game's terrible frame rate. Superman 64 has about a million more problems as well. It also holds the Guinness Book (Game Edition) world record for lowest rated superhero game ever made.
