How do I update my MAME set?

full.pleasuredome.org.uk is where I get mine because even though they are a ratio site many torrents, including the main MAME sets, are ratio-free.

I bought mine at the cost of the blank DVDS, in that MAME spirit kinda way, PM if you need a contact.
And have now updated it to 0.118.
