psp version 1.50 games not working on 5.00 m33-4

I have a psp fat and i installed the 1.50 kernel and i have the game150 folder but whenever i put any of the 1.50 games in there and turn my psp on it says that it is corrupted data.

any ideas?

I got mine from a Racketboy member who put 3.71 M33-2 custom firmware on it for himself, but I had a sticky time getting certain emulators to work.

PSP hacking is a little mysterious to me. XD

ir commander 0.8 :/ and I'll be sure to keep ya'll posted i haven't been able to get any of the 1.50 games to run unfortunately but if i do i'll be sure to post how i did it

It has been a long time since I hacked my psp, but if you are trying to play psp iso/cue I believe you have to put them in a folder called ISO in the root menu. If you are trying to put emulators or ps1 games on your psp I believe you put those in the game150 folder. I hope that helped or at least sends you in the right direction.

Yes, if you are trying to play a PSP game they have to be in the ISO folder while emulators go in the game150 folder. Make sure you installed the 1.50 kernel correctly as I did it incorrectly my first time. You have to take the office firmware's Eboot.PBP and rename it 150.PBP and put it into the main directory. Afterwards take the Dark Alex 150k_installer folder and put it in the game150 folder. Now it should show up on your stick and you can use the installer.

so i put it in the iso folder and it did nothing... is there a special way to access the game? and in recovery mode the game folder homebrew is set to 1.50 kernel should it be something different?
