No Darkstalkers!?

Yeah, I'd have to go with Street Fighter and the Vs. series. SFIII is one of the greatest games I've ever played, and Vs. has an awesome over-the-topness that I'm attracted to. I would vote for Smash Bros, but really that's as much of a fighting game as Mario Kart is a racing game. They technically fit the genre, but the actual game play functions quite differently.

I always thought the Vs. games were really fun, crossing over SF, SNK and Marvel is a win for me.

Street Fighter, then Tekken, closely followed up by Soul Calibur and Super Smash Bros.
Systems: SNES, PS1, GBA SP, Gamecube, DS Lite, Wii, PS3 (Fully Backwards Compatible), Dreamcast, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, a Sega CD, and a Sega Saturn.

The lack of Darkstalkers disappoints and disturbs me. It's my favorite by leaps and bounds.

After that, it's Last Blade. I guess King of Fighters and Street Fighter III tie for a distant third.

I changed Mortal Kombat w/ dalkstalkers and allowed revoting
