This thread finally prompted me to join the site's forums - been reading for years. I'm posting a photo my parents took of me when I was in 4th grade. On the 286 PC playing MS Flight Sim. I would just cruise all over the city skyline in my Cessna.
Note the awesome specs the optometrist gave me while we waited for my first pair of glasses to be made. Nerd power!

Man, MS Flight Sim. Not sure which version I had, but it contained a Sopwith Camel WWI simulation. That was all I ever played on Flight Sim.
I only wish I had my christmas day games.... Little Nemo NES.... Sega Menecer.... PS1 dual shock with metal gear and parasite eve.... Killer Instinct N64,
