Just for shits and giggles, has anyone heard Embrace Damnation's debut album Glory of a New Darkness? Some nice Death Metal, there.

I haven't heard it, but I don't listen to much death metal. I'll have to check it out.

As for Gama Bomb, I've been a fan ever since I heard their last album, Citizen Brain. It's campy, extremely geeky, and a lot of fun. Their songs topics range from alien invasions to the court of General Zod...yes, Zod, from Superman.

I don't listen to a lot of regular Death Metal either, (with the notable exception of Vader) but for some reason I liked Embrace Damnation. I got a flyer for their debut album with the Baby Stab Horror albums I purchased (one of the few times I actually purchase albums ). Almost made the purchase worth it.

Stay faaaar away from Baby Stab Horror. I bought their albums because I couldn't find MP3s in a good quality. BIG Mistake. (imagine the word big in 90-foot high steel letters) They say they're Blackened Thrash Metal. Please, they're as blackened as whole wheat toast. Their music isn't Heavy, the vocalist sounds like a strangled kitten, and all the songs sound the same.

Back to Gama Bomb, is there a Thrash Metal band they sound similar to? (ie. Kreator, Heathen, Anthrax)

Is Broken Wings Drenched in Blood an Embrace Damnation song? It's the only thing I could find on YouTube(typically where I start for a lot of bands).

As for Gama Bomb, they remind me a lot of Bonded By Blood, if that helps any.

Quick bump: Broken Wings Drenched in Blood is one of the album's weaker songs. If you can, listen to Diabolic Possession, Age Of Satan, Age Of Triblulation, or Torture Burns Inside.
