Ever see (or participate in) a sale that any "normal" person would find crazy?

Here is an eBay auction for (I think) a complete Sega CDX box.

It went for $157.50 + $5.00 shipping.

That's more than I paid for an actual CDX.

The weirdest eBay auction I have actually bid on was a Power Glove jacket. Apparently it was worn for promotions or something. It was a jacket similar to this, but it said Power Glove down the side of one arm.

I bid $100 thinking that no one could possibly want this ridiculous jacket for that much, but I lost the auction by $2. I was glad I avoided spending $100, but I really did want that jacket (to wear).

I have some mint console boxes in my dad's attic that I keep meaning to get and offer up for trade. Someday...

That reminds me of when the latest consoles were released and people were selling the boxes for more than the consoles themselves. People actually bought them! Though I think a few thought they were getting more than just the box.
