I like the original PS2 Namco Museum disc. It has the original 1995 Galaga Arrangement version which is my favorite version of Galaga. I wish they didn't call the new versions of the games on the PSP Battle Collection UMD Arrangement also because I thought they were the 95 versions : / Still awesome.

I just wish there was a Saturn Namco Arcade disc.

The Pinball Hall of Fame titles are definitely my first pick, but I don't think that's what you are looking for.

If not taking one of those discs, I'd run with SNK Arcade Classics Vol. 1 because a lot of quarters were spent on those games when I was a bit younger. It's also great because it offers a wide range of games instead of just having "more of the same" with each game.

Namco Museum: 50th Anniversary (Gamecube) rules. It's got Galaga (naturally) and it plays "Joystick" during the menu screen. And though it drops those 'Arranged' versions of games that was on the first Namco Museum GC disc, that's really no loss as the original versions are better, and the 50th Anniversary version adds a lot more games like Xevious, Mappy, etc.
