I hate to be that guy, but up at the top of your screen, under the header, click the "guides" and all will be revealed.

To add to that list, I'll vote for Flink for SegaCD. I also enjoy Magical Drop 3 and Twinkle Star Sprites for Saturn, but they are ports, not OG to the system. I liked Enemy Zero, but never got to finish it...all my SS games were stolen a while back.

fingers -> I know the title is "your" favorite game, but Bulk Slash? I assume you mean after your tired of Cyber Troopers and you find it on the cheap. It's like voting for Deep Fear over Resident Evil!

If you're into importing, I recommend Bulk Slash on the Saturn, which I always recommend when people make this thread. If you're not into importing, probably not really worth owning a Saturn, but Die Hard Arcade is fun/exists.

Bulk Slash is definitely my favorite Saturn game. In my opinion, no other mech game of the generation comes close to this amount of fun. [Not even Armored Core].

I don't have a Saturn, but I can recommend a few Sega CD games.
Echo the Dolphin and Echo Tides of Time have awesome Music. These two are worth it even if you already own the genesis versions.
Sonic CD as others have mentioned.
Final Fight CD. This is probably the best console version of Final Fight.
Earthworm Jim S.E. Get this version for Sega CD if you can afford it. If not, the Genesis version is almost as good at a fraction the cost.

For the Sega Saturn I always start with Baku Baku. Its one of the finest crafted puzzle games Ive ever played and I never have trouble finding others who want to play it/try it.

I love them due to the fact i own them. This list will get bigger eventually after i can get more game for my saturn.
