Where is the best place to get cool signatures?!

I saw the new rules about size limits on signatures.... and it made me think to ask this question.

Everyone post up your signature source, how to, or maybe just the code for your current signature.

Are you talking about pictures for sigs? Don't most people make there own? Or steal them from some where else, I guess.

I'll put a vote for not creating a image sig. That's one thing that irritates me about other forums, looking at a thread with lots of one line posts sandwiched inbetween people's big "My First Photoshop Filter Experiment" signatures. The gamertag and backloggery ones people have here aren't so bad and not everyone has one, so its still easy to read posts without a load of crap that I have to see 100 times a day while reading threads.

I hate that too, a LOT. I don't mind pictures in sigs, so log as they're no more than 2 or 3 lines of text tall. I hate when I'm trying to google something and I find some dumb ass forum filled with idiots and 90% of each page is signatures! And it's the same 3 pictures you keep seeing over and over while scrolling down.

Agreed. I hate seeing huge signatures that are all off center and sparkly after a post that is one word long. I admit they are neat and I appreciate the effort everyone puts into them, but after every post is a bit annoying and distracting. Maybe create a thread to show off sigs rather than have the thing as an actual sig.

This is exactly why we have signature size rules in place. Backloggery and gamertags are fine. As long as they aren't those ridiculously huge ones. Of course, your own sigs are fine, but keep keep them low in file size as to not disrupt the loading of the thread. I know I don't want to have to sit while my browser loads 10 different sigs. That's not how I want to spend my time.
