Does anyone here use a game/application launcher for games stored on their HDD's. I'm using Vista and not too stuck on the one built in so i'm looking for an alternative. I've started playing games on my laptop more than before and use Underground Gamer a lot so i've a lot of old games with the no cd cracks installed that i play and want something pretty to use as a launcher.
I used to use Object dock and created a flyout grid to show all the titles from the desktop but because of the amount of items the windows startup went really slow so i had to delete it. Googles not much help it keeps giving one find and its not that great.
Any suggestions would be appreciated
Thanks

I haven't slept for ten days, because that would be too long.

I use Steam, but most of my PC games are purchased through there too.

Why not just make a new folder on your desktop, set it to thumbnail view so it has large icons, then copy shortcuts in? No extra overhead.

^That's what I do... just have a folder named PC Games that I toss all the shortcuts in; easy as that.

I usually use the Start Menu.

I've heard of people using Maximus Arcade when turning their PC into an arcade cabnet.

I just go to program files. Works for me.

you could always get xfire. I prefer it over steam. Plus it automatically recognizes all your games(unless they are really obscure).
