Undead Public Service Announcement

Post by blackmagepwns »

This is a short video clip a couple of friends and I made for a PSA during Halloween last year. Having such a shit teacher, we couldn't take it very seriously so we just messed around.

Also, she decided to give us a 50 and call us uncreative.

I'm the guy with the cowboy hat and Street Fighter 2 shirt, also known as "The Expert"

Also, just seeing the Zombieland movie at that time, it was still fresh on our minds, therefor this was somewhat of a tribute to it.

Enjoy.

Also, that banjo was beyond repair, as for my random note playing, I'm just inexperienced with such musical marvels.

To create a CREATIVE minute or so long Public Service Announcement for my Video Tech class.

She hasn't seen the movie, so it wasn't that we copied the basic idea or anything, she just thought it was stupid, while the other group did some nasty Twilight inspired PSA, and she shit her pants over it, literally.

It's whatever though, we just had fun with it.

Either you don't know what "literally" means or this was the most disgusting class of all time.

Bishonen vampires. I hate bishonen vampires.

Anyway, I guess this is just the sad reality that teachers don't want what the assignment says, they want what appeals to them. That video was very funny and creative. Much more than some bisexual vampire prancing around the screen.

I'd definitely say that was uncreative. You completely ripped off Zombieland even down to the script... I'm not surprised you got a 50, I would have given it a pass, at most.

Yeah, you're right there, but notice how I said that she didn't see the movie. So she didn't know. It was just a bitch move by a bitch teacher.

Also, getting more in-depth into it.

Notice how we are at a track field, in public, with what looks like real weapons. While none of them were, we could have gotten into a lot of trouble by having things like that in public, so we planned before time, as one of my friends dad's is a cop, and he just conveniently lives across the street from there.

Now with that in mind listen to this.

We had the ok to have our props out in public like that, we had the ok from a police sergant, and that bitch of a teacher not only fails us, she goes to the principle and tries to get us huge fines for having "weapons" in public. After having the cop come and say it was ok and he knew about it, she tried to get the principle to at least suspend us, which she said was unethical since all we did was have fun with a project.

She quit shortly after.

But all in all, it was a fun video to make. 8)

Meaning, the reason she failed us wasn't because we used our ideas from Zombieland.

It's just that she was a bitch.

No, I get that part.

I'm trying to understand why you said "so it wasn't we copied the basic idea" when it is obvious you did, regardless if your teacher had seen the movie or not.
