Final Fantasy Crystal Chronicles series.
FFCC on the Cube is awesome fourplayer, soso with two or three, and ok with one.
FFCC Rings of Fate on the DS is a great action heavy dungeon crawl for 1-4 player.
FFCC Echoes of Time on the DS and Wii is everything that Rings did, but better. AND it has cross platform play - though Ive not gotten far enough in the Wii title to see if it has the slowdown the DS version has in some of the multiplayer boss fights.
FFCC Crystal Bearers - aka Final Fantasy Monster Hunter - havent played.

Amazon. They were all under 5 bucks. Three I may need to get some rubbing alcohol to fix up because it's not working at all.noiseredux wrote:And where'd you get all 3 FFL games in one go? A trade? If so, nice work! I had the first one when it first was released, and just recently got the 3rd. Still haven't played the 2nd.

But Ehrgeiz is just an arcade fighter that Square dropped Tifa and Cloud into for S&G to sell more copies. Its not really a spin off.swiftzx wrote:How could I forget about Ehrgeiz!Dakinggamer87 wrote:My favorite FF spin-offs:

Well, Tifa, Cloud, Sephiroth, Vincent, Yuffie, and Zack. And then there's Django's alternate costume, which makes him look like Red XIII...Hobie-wan wrote:But Ehrgeiz is just an arcade fighter that Square dropped Tifa and Cloud into for S&G to sell more copies. for the intent of this thread, it's worth mentioning. I started the thread just sort of get people talking about maybe lesser known or overlooked FINAL FANTASY-RELATED games. That's all.Hobie-wan wrote:swiftzx wrote: But Ehrgeiz is just an arcade fighter that Square dropped Tifa and Cloud into for S&G to sell more copies. Its not really a spin off.

Final Fantasy Tactics Advance was not as good as the ps1 classic. It was a good portable but not the same as the original.

I loved Mystic Quest as a kidYukima wrote:Final Fantasy Mystic Quest.
Who cares if it was ridiculously easy and had a (nonexistant) story? The music was awesome and it was one of my first RPGs!
