What was the last game you finished?
Re: What was the last game you finished?
I just finished Super Bomberman 2. I've never been very good at these games, but they can be loads of fun...or screaming streaks of aggravation, depending on the day. Either way, I'm glad I beat it, and I absolutely loved the music and visuals. Fans of Bomberman should check it out if they haven't already.

Scribblenauts. I finished everything with a gold star, maxed out my ollars, and got all the merits except Pi (it's literally not possible).
A fine game overall, but could have really stood some polishing. It's like everyone says, it has a great and innovative premise, but the controls nearly ruin it. Also glitches. MANY glitches.

Beat Zupapa on my MAME'd Xbox. Excellent game, a lot like Snow Bros. and Nightmare in the Dark, which was also a Neo Geo game.

I just finished Mega Man 2 on NES. I was so terrible at this game when I was little. It's weird coming back to it now. I just played it on normal. I'm not sure if I'll play it again on difficult or go on to another game.
Compared to the first Mega Man, normal mode on Mega Man 2 is noticeably easier. I was kind of nervous about fighting all eight robot masters in a row, since I don't think I had any energy tanks when I got to that point in the game, but with all of the powerups they went without much fuss.
I really like the way they number the robot masters.

Did you go into the game with a boss line-up in mind?
I always seem to go with Metal Man first and then just go in a clockwise pattern.

I started with the robot masters I remember being able to beat when I was little. I was serious when I said I was bad at the game. I also favored the bosses who show up in Mega Man II on gameboy, because until earlier this year that was the only one I had ever beaten.
I started with Bubble Man, then Wood Man, then Metal Man, then Air Man, then I started on the ones I don't think I had ever beaten before; Flash Man, Crash Man, Quick Man, and finally Heat Man. Actually, I might have beaten Flash Man before, but I don't remember.
When I was younger, I never, ever made it through all of the beams in Quick Man's stage. This time, I made it through on, like, my third try.
