English Japanese titles?

I am trying to find a new game to play and I was wondering if any of you know of any good Japanese titles that were never released here but were still in English? Ex: Super Puzzle Fighter II.

Kind of a vague question. What systems? Will you be playing through emulation or original hardware?

I'm really sorry I was thinking about it in my head but didn't type it. I'm talking about Dreamcast games and yes original hardware.

Edit: Pretty much every Capcom / SNK fighter is fully playable in Japanese.

Most of them have the bulk of there menu / character names in English. Things that are not in English are pretty easy to guess what they are generally.

Under Defeat and Zero Gunner 2 never saw a U.S release. Those are two of my favorites. For the DC your looking at mostly Shumps and fighting games that didn't get a U.S release.

Just bought Fire Pro Wrestling D, Guilty Gear X, and Ikaruga. All awesome games. Got the first 2 for under $15 shipped from Japan and got Ikaruga for about $30, so none of them will break the bank as imports can be quite expensive.
