He ripped me off $20.
After giving the guy months, I've decided to post the entire thing online for all to see. I'm out $20 and the guy is no longer replying. I was suckered into paying with paypal and marking it as a gift so I can't even dispute the transaction. Hopefully my posting this will be a good warning to others.. :\
