The Jag has 4 normal screws on the bottom. Even if you just take off the top shell and clean that half things will look a lot better. Remove the top, take it to the sink, and attack it with an old toothbrush, a little dish soap, and warm water. Once done, let it completely dry overnight, or put is somewhere with a fan blowing on it for at least an hour each side before you put it back together. It would be a good idea to carefully pop out the power button and let it dry separately so you don't have a spot where water will collect.

For the Kasumi Ninja cart that's being ornery, it's probably still dirty even though it looks ok from the angle you can see. Either have another few goes with alchohol dampened q-tips and hope you get it clean, or it might need to be opened to get at it better to really get it clean. It might be possible that the cart is just dead though. The screws that hold Jag carts together are under the top corners of the label. If you're careful you might get them peeled up so you can unscrew the cart if needed.

Is there any way to clean the dust off the Jaguar without taking it apart? I'd REALLY rather not do that to be honest.

You can see what you can do with a damp (not dripping) cloth or paper towel. Maybe a dry toothbrush and a can of air will get some of that gunk out of the grooves.

Agree, TEMPEST 2000 is the great one on Jaguar.

Similar PS1 TEMPEST X3

Tempest X3 is a bad port of 2000. The only game I would suggest as equal to 2000 is Typhoon 2001, since it is a fan pc port of 2000 with extras.
