Dude definitely Cel Damage. That game has to be one of the most underrated games ever, it's like a warner bros take on Twisted Metal, and it is ridiculously fun. The whole game is literally set in a cartoon too, so you have full on cartoon physics. Seriously even if you're not just looking for a cartoony game, you should still get this, it's an awesome multiplayer game.
