Help: Dreamcast DC-VGA Box Montior playing Import

This is my first post here so I'm fair new to this website.

I live in the USA therefore my Dreamcast is an NTSC.

Whenever i want to play an import game I use Utopia boot-loader then insert the imported game and it works on my TV using standard cable.

however my questions can anyone give me solution to play an import game(Shenmue 2 PAL) into my Dreamcast using DC VGA BOX.

on the back of the game box it says it's VGA complaint and it works with standard cable however it doesn't work when i plug into my monitor.

the DC VGA BOX works perfect when playing NTSC games so i know it works.

You need to use a VGA compliant version of utopia. Version 1.3 I believe. Google search for VGA Dreamcast Bootdisc and you will find what you are looking for.

Thanks for the suggestion but it doesn't work.

I tried version 1.1, 1.2, 1.3, 1.5 and they don't work, I also tried the vga patch to v1.1 and also failed. I even followed the steps of unplugging the VGA monitor at the start and it doesn't work.
