HOW DO I MOD AN XBOX? I'm at my wits end!

Softmod installer deluxe (SID) is the easier way of installing anything on the xbox, comes with apps, dashboards and emulators. SID is the bigger one (1.4GB) that includes everything, but you can use auto installer deluxe which covers softmod basics and the dashboards. Recommend you use dual-boot, so you can go to the softmod setup if you boot with the tray open.

From checking the site now there's also a XBMC installer deluxe with the updated T3CH build from last week, but its probably loaded with scripts and skins you will never use so better use the regular T3CH releases.
