I love Leno. I think Leno is the best possible host of the Tonight Show...for me to poop on.

Seriously, I never understood Leno's appeal. Annoying set of mannerisms, totally unfunny, and self-deprecating humor a la Conan/Letterman just passes through that guy like a rock through a straw. Plus he's just grotesque-looking.

The area around his chin and eyes seems to be getting really purple tinted. Maybe its just me.

Wow. I guess the board is mostly made up of guys 29 and under, so I guess the Conan support shouldn't be too surprising. I'm also a big fan, though I haven't been able to catch him that often during the last couple of years. They did can a lot of his stuff with the move to The Tonight Show, which is really unfortunate.

One thing you can say about Leno, he's better than Carson Daly.

Tinfoil hat time: I'm pretty sure that this controversy has boosted ratings for both Leno and Conan. Could the whole thing have been staged to try to build momentum for the two shows? If ratings improve, they could use that as an excuse to not actually change anything without losing face.

Carson's show isn't recorded live, and also has a laugh track.
Pitiful.

TMZ reports that porn company Pink Visual has offered Conan O'Brien a job... as a porn star! They want him to star in a flick called Conan the Boobarian, adding that there's a demand for "tall, lean, pale, male 'gingers' that have a David Caruso kind of thing going on."

Conan had joked on his show on Monday that he'd like to "work in a classier business with better people, like hard-core porn."

Letterman's infidelity is like an afterthought now. He/they really handled that situation very well.

None of the late night shows are live. They're all recorded in the afternoon.

I think he meant, in front of a live audience. With an audience, you have to be good, get them to laugh etc. They're not going to sit through any number of takes.

Thanks.

Poor choice of words on my part.
