Re: your favorite sega cd and sega saturn games
I've got more Sega Saturn games than any other system. My personal tops are...
Vampire Savior
X-Men Vs Street Fighter
Waku Waku 7
Jikkyō Oshaberi Parodius
Guardian Heroes
Die Hard Arcade
Elevator Action Returns
Real Bout Fatal Fury Special
Prikura Daisakusen
Magical Hoppers
Magical Drop III
Puyo Puyo Sun
Don't have Sega CD, but I have played and enjoyed Final Fight CD, Snatcher and Sol-Feace. If I had one, I'd definately try to get Samurai Showdown, Fatal Fury Special, Eternal Champions, and Keio Flying Squadron.

Capcom's fighters (Alpha, Darkstalkers, VS series) are amazing and without a doubt the only reason I have a Saturn.

Re: your favorite sega cd and sega saturn games
If you're into importing, I recommend Bulk Slash on the Saturn, which I always recommend when people make this thread. If you're not into importing, probably not really worth owning a Saturn, but Die Hard Arcade is fun/exists.
My game-related blog.
Re: your favorite sega cd and sega saturn games
I own a Sega Saturn and spent way too much money on its awesome games while I was in high school. I still have them today. Here is my personal opinion as to which games are the best:
Shining Force III - This game is a turn-based strategy RPG where you move your characters across squares to attack the enemy. It's masterfully put together. It would take me too long to explain exactly how; I'll just say I spent $50 for a disc only copy and it was absolutely worth it.
Nights into Dreams - the graphics are beautiful and colorful despite how blocky and pixelated they are. Half the point of the game is to get a high score and the other half is to just play through it and see how weird and interesting it is.
Those are my two tippy-top favorites so far.
