On the one hand, nice work. On the other as pointed out in the thread, what about the controls? The maker says this, though also says still a work in progress:

the controls work for a lot of games because they only seem to use the A and B buttons
That's the second SNES mod recently where some modder's claimed something like that. Did they inhale too many fumes while working on their projects?

I believe the other one in question was an eBay item that was selling for hundreds of dollars. People are crazy...

But yeah, nice idea, but he should really find a solution for the controls.

And the eBayer claimed NO games made use of the L and R buttons anyway. Completely nutters.

This looks great, I like how it fits together. I'd rather see his NES version, though.

My GBA doesn't fit my copy of Zombies Ate My Neighbors in its cart slot.

Yeah I've gathered that but if you think about it there have been a dozen SNES ports such as the four Mario Advance games, Zelda LTTP, the whole DK Country series, and a couple others. Also a lot of games had sequals of sorts going from the SNES to GBA such as Mario Kart, F Zero, Castlevania, Mario and Luigi, and Metroid. Those sequals were very similar to there SNES counterparts. I know these are all mainstream names but hey, IMO GBA >/ SNES.
