It's not a problem ekocv, It's best you make the mistake now and then you know better in future, than to make a tonne of redundant threads later on and not know why you are getting a scolding for it. Also, welcome to the forum, hope you enjoy your stay here.
Hobie, I wasn't aware that the search doesn't appear on subsilver. I use atomic, because I feel it fits the site much better and it has it. I just assumed the header was the same for all the themes... my bad.
The poor inbuilt search (IE not the Google Custom Search at the top) isn't working because PHPBB3 isn't indexing threads/posts correctly in the database, so certain topics aren't showing up. I find it's best to use a combination of the Google search and the in built search, since the in built search allows you to search users posts whereas the Google search doesn't. It searches the most relevant posts, which is a completely different thing, especially when it comes to Google, it's generally the posts it can provide the most relevant ads to. It does work a bit better for general topic searches though.
I believe Racketboy is sorting it out with his code monkey. So fingers crossed it will be fixed soon.
