Barf, no, that would just make the balance even worse. The god tier characters are god tier because of how well they can land combos on opponents, not because ONE of them has an infinite. They would just roll and go back to mixing you up until you miss a block again. Not only that, but now if you manage to get in, they get to break your combo for free. Fantastic.
Low tier main: Juggernaut/Anakaris/Cyclops
Srs bsns main: Magneto/Storm/Tron Bonne
Also MSP is for scrubs.

Actually, I'm talking about the people who play as Magneto/Iron Man/Psylocke. There's only one reason anyone chooses those characters - Infinite Combos.

Re: Post ur MvC2 teams
Infinites aren't cheap or really even all that good. People whine way too much about them.
Re: Post ur MvC2 teams
Infinites are the mark of bad sportsmanship and poor programming. There, I said it.

No, whining about infinites is the mark of bad sportsmanship because they aren't broken. >_>
Re: Post ur MvC2 teams
How exactly are they not broken? It's free damage. It's an unfair advantage. Taking advantage of something that allows your opponent no method of fighting back is bad sportsmanship. Taking advantage of something that wasn't meant to be in the game is bad sportsmanship. And allowing people to use infinites is poor programming.
It's bad on all counts. Defending the use of infinite combos is right on par with defending the use of Game Shark in a tournament.
If you have some method of breaking free of infinites in games that don't have Burst Attacks/Combo Breakers/etc, please tell me. Then maybe I'll change my mind. Until such a time comes, infinite combos will continue to reward cheap players for memorizing simple strings of button presses, and punish those that actually try to play the game the way it was intended to be played.

Hmm, guess you don't like to play FPS games online then.
