A new location opened up in my hometown recently...oh my goodness I am excited to go there.

Dear God I'm glad this place did not exist when I was in college... though it didn't matter. Going to school in the diner capital of the world likely took off at least 1 year of my life anyway!

I noticed in the "About" description of the website, they paid homage to my alma mater, Rutgers with their description of the grease trucks.

When I was on campus, one of my favorite food shops was Cluck U. Sometime after I graduated, they changed the name to Cluck University. I was reminded of this by looking at the menu for Fat Sandwich Company and seeing the choice "Fat Mother Clucker"

Cluck U. was a place that specialized in buffalo wings. You had a choice of Mild, Atomic, Nuclear, Thermo-Nuclear and 911.

Atomic was plenty hot for me. With nuclear, my ass was on fire the next day.
