I've heard this rumor 3 years ago. I hope they do make a sequal to the game. Hmm -- Sonic Team don't fail us!

Yeah, we've been hearing rumors of a Night sequel for a while, but this one is probably one of the more solid ones since the Dreamcast days.

One thing that is a possible reason...
Since Yuji Naka (the head of Sonic Team and NiGHTS' main developer) it going off on his own, Sega may be taking liberty with the franchise since Yuji Naka was protective of the series.

This could be a good or bad thing...
