Pepahary noted early that there is an extra box on the left side of the torso. This is a picture of the screen with the game running, so that is part of the game and not a random sticker on a box cover. That is Duke Nukem, but this is not exactly a Duke Nukem game. I'm surprised nobody had played the game in question.

The developer is defunct, and if you find a shot of that screen on the somewhat official web page that's still out there, the image is a 'bullshot' or a beta and the extra bit is in the wrong place. There are correct screenshots out there, but they're really low quality which is why I whipped out the camera as my screen cap software was making B&W ones for some reason.

I think its still trivia as it is an appearance of Duke that's a bit unexpected, but still enjoyable in its own right.

I noticed that little box as well. When you mentioned that it was a screenshot I figured it was some piece of menu text added to one of the ports of the PC game. Originally I thought it was just some kind of sticker on your box.
