Video: How Tough are NES Games?
Re: Video: How Tough are NES Games?
Man cute girls and videogames are a match made in heaven. I'm honestly tempted aftter watching that to drill holes in some games that I have duplicates of just to see what neat things might happen.

Reminds me how AVGN decided to soak a game in water, freeze it, spray it with alcohol, stick it in a microwave, smash it, and then throw it in a fire. Now I think it may have survived all that.

Nice video, I thought was going to be about how hard it is to finish a NES game. I love the LOL when asking if a 360 will be around in 20 years.

Man, Luke you have got to stop one of two things...
1. Posting "We have a video dump link:" on every video post.
or
2. Posting video posts of your own outside of the video dump link.
You're killing me. Make up your mind.
Re: Video: How Tough are NES Games?
You know what, though, a CD or DVD would survive almost every test that the cart does in this video - it could be dropped in water/alcohol, put in the freezer, put through the wash, left out in the snow, drilled where there is no data, dropped from 2 stories, etc. So while the plastic in a cartridge is durable, so is the plastic on an optical disc.
The biggest threat to discs is of course scratches - but Blu-Ray has really reduced the risk of accidental scratching...

Re: Video: How Tough are NES Games?
Good video, I've seen some of her other videos as well.
More girls need to review/talk about games. It's so much easier to listen to them.
Men doing it is a dime a dozen and they all try to copy AVGN... the stream of curse words gets old.
