Thanks for all the sugesions, i am really liking Garou right now as its a perfect mixture of a decent fighter and something fun ^_^
Also i fond this: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/GP2X_Wiz
It can run the NeoGeo near perfect and the CPU(ARM9 3DACCE) can go all the way up to 840Mhz in a cool room so what ever the game its going to work and work well.
I WANT! (*wonders how many months it will take to save up*)

I disagree. They have wonderful sprites. The animation and number of sprites per animation sequence are nothing special. If anything, they're rather lacking compared to some of the titles mentioned in here.lisalover1 wrote:Guilty Gear and BlazBlue; the animation looks positively lifelike.
The frames that are there are great. But there's just not enough of them.

Also check out Blackthorne:

"Prince of Persia with guns". Very smooth animation. Interestingly enough it came out on a wide array of platforms - both personal computer and home console. Unusual for a 2D game of it's time.
