VGA box troubles

Just got my vga box in, pluged it in and changed the switch on the box to pc. The switch felt quite smooshy. It is being hooked into an old vga lcd panel that i am using for tv. It showed nothing, the signal will just flash on that input and go to the next thinking that there is no signal. I tried to use the standard def inputs on the box and nothing. Finally i used another vga cable with my pc monitor and still nothing. What should i do?

Hmm it might be broken. The switch should feel like a solid click.

this is very far from a solid click, more like a smoosh with a hint of a click in the middle, with no sound, just a little resistance.

That's funny I replied the day you sent it, but perhaps it got lost or labeled as Spam.

just got my vga box and my god it looks amazing, never look at soul calibur the same again. Your box is in the mail and will be there in a few days. Just wanted to let you know that you have another happy customer.
