Close enough! I would say right on the money since the case says PC-Engine right on it. You seriously weren't expecting PC Engine CD-ROM² were you.

I wasn't going to worry about the ² if that's the hangup, but you wouldn't say that Sonic CD was a Genesis game, would you? It actually says "PC Engine CD-ROM² System" on it. The Macross game says Super CD-ROM² System. Technically they require add-ons beyond a PCE. But anyway, hopefully my sarcasm detector is just off at the moment.pepharytheworm wrote:Close enough! Re: Name that Game Round 3 - THE ULTIMATE RETRO CHALLENGE!
That depends on if it was called Genesis CD or Mega Drive CD. Would you not accept The Legend of Zelda Oracle of Seasons - Game boy, but only if they put Game Boy Color? And then say "Indeed. Its a Color game, but close enough.". And if you say Game Boy Advance anything I will give you a virtual bop on the head.Hobie-wan wrote:I wasn't going to worry about the ² if that's the hangup, but you wouldn't say that Sonic CD was a Genesis game, would you? It was all stated in good jest because of some of your earlier comments on how non specific answers were.
