No i made that vid it WASNT a boot disc. and im startin to freakout that no ones done it before. I found it by accident. Does anyone know what it is?

ya Dream Explorer can do that (whish if u notice ii have a starsraft one in the vid) but this is a whole new thing

What save files do you have on your memory card? I know a few games unlocked that feature in the BIOS if you had a save feaure in, like Puyo Puyo Fever.
