If you guys like really challenging games, I highly recommend RedLynx Trials 2. It's only $2.50 right now. This is basically the same as Trials HD on Xbox live. It's part Excitebike and part physics puzzle. You will crash repeatedly, but when you finally figure out how to breeze through a track, it feels so goooood. Great game.
There's a few repeat sales that are worth getting if you missed them the first go round: Trine and Counter-Strike: Source.
Also Elder Scrolls III: Morrowind is only $5 today. And in case you didn't already realize this, you can get Elder Scrolls: Arena and Elder Scrolls II: Daggerfall for free directly from Bethesda here: http://www.elderscrolls.com/downloads/d ... _games.htm
Well, it's the last day of the sale. Prices go back normal tomorrow. Nothing too special on today's daily deals, just some repeats, but if you missed them the first time, they are good buys.
I'll miss this sale. It was fun while it lasted, but I probably couldn't afford it much longer anyway.

i was thinking the same thing.
When the dust settled I came out with 30 games at 65 bucks total. I wouldn't want to spend more than that, and i can't play more than that over the next couple months anyway.
Steam has turned back into a pumpkin. The magical sale is over.
Expect in the next few weeks to hear people saying "I just paid full price for _____. I wish I would have bought it while the sale was still happening!" or "OMG! My credit card bill just came! GASP!"
I will be the latter. I feel the same way about games right now that most people feel about Turkey right after Thanksgiving. It was good, but I'm stuffed.
I kept it small, and will be enjoying the Monkey Island titles I bought very soon. But for now, it is back to Descent. I am hoping in the future to go to a buddies house and setup two projectors in his backyard and play at 200inchs per player on his barn. 1 on 1 deathmatch in the most insane way possible.
I guess I should configure that higher poly version, stretching out a 320x240 image to that big is probably a mistake.
