What's the best way to store gameboy/gbc games?

Post by swiftzx »

Recently, I've started to put all my games in cases. It is easy for CDs because I can just buy the cases and print the cover from thecoverproject.net. Currently I just use DS cases for GBA games. My gameboy/GBC are in small drawers but I don't like the hassle of searching through them whenever I want to play a game. So is there some kind of case for gameboy games? How do other members store their gameboy games?

I've heard of people cutting the plastic inside the DS cases to fit the larger GB/GBC cartridges. Also keep in mind that the GB/GBC boxes are the exact same size as the GBA boxes. Same goes for Virtual Boy games.

EDIT: After looking over the guide, there happens to be a lot of different cartridge based games that will theoretically fit into the DS cases. Just takes a lot of cutting plastic.
Systems: SNES, PS1, GBA SP, Gamecube, DS Lite, Wii, PS3 (Fully Backwards Compatible), Dreamcast, Nintendo 64, Sega Genesis, a Sega CD, and a Sega Saturn.

that's what I do. Printed covers in NDS cases. They look great spined on a shelf above my GC collection.

I was going to try using those card holder pages that are basically plastic sheets with 9 little pockets, like for baseball cards, and keep the games in binders. Anyone else try this?
