And found out the start button is stuck somehow. I've taken it apart, but can't really figure out what the issue is. The controller in question is an Ascii Fighter Stick SN. Anyone have any suggestions on what the problem could be?
Also, something funny when I tried using it on my gf's Snes to play Donkey Kong Country. Her saved games wouldn't show up, and a screen popped up saying that the game would not work when used with equipment that would copy the game. Weird..
So I just bought a third party SNES arcade stick..

The copy device thing happened to me on super punch out with regular controllers a few times, I doubt it has something to do with the joystick, as for the start button, try putting A LITTLE cooking oil around it to help it slide (with a cotton swab or something), never done this on a controller but have fixed many PS1 lids with it
