I actually recorded that on a tape deck and use to play it all the time as a kid. Great tune.

I don't like that kind of female vocals myself. Bet even so, the rest is such nice instrumental stuff and then there's suddenly vocals and a different style of music entirely. Just doesn't fit IMHO.

I have a soft spot for the soundtrack for the original Castlevania. Besides that one: Dracula X, Chronicles, Dracula's Curse and SotN.

I enjoyed the music in Portrait of Ruin and Symphony of the Night. The first level (after the battle with Dracula) in Symphony of the Night has awesome music.

The Japanese version of Castlevania 3 Dracula's Curse is the best. Creepy ass music for a 8 bit game.
