I really want to but no one I know owns a copy of Splinter Cell, Agent Under Fire or the right version of Mech Assault.

I borrowed an Acion Replay from Dr.Cirno a while back, but I haven't been able to do the softmod due to not having any of the games.
Next time you get a little bit of cash together, try to get Mech Assault. Not only can you use it for the soft mod, but its fun too! I ended up buying it for pretty cheap. I think something like $7 at a flea market.
Well the issue with MechAssault is that you have to find the earliest printing for it to work with the softmod, and reading serial numbers on discs at a flea market is a pain in the ass/usually raises the seller's suspicion towards the value of the game. Also I'm a lazy ass and can't stand searching through piles of discs to find the right version.

Anyhow, I found out today that a buddy of mine actually has Splinter Cell so I'm all set for the softmod!

It hasn't gotten me anywhere near that amount of loot, but it has gotten me Marvel Vs Capcom 2 for both the PS2 and Xbox, Street Fighter Anniversary Collection for the PS2, and a load of Genesis games + Panzer Dragoon Zwei.
HATE!

I used to be able to do that a ton with my old boss, but my new boss is either a real hard ass about it, or buys it all up herself after telling me to stop negotiating because I was breaking company policy and then offering the person more than I would be able to pay.

It sucks, but I have my moments like yesterday.

Oh man, I would report that shit.

On a lighter note, cool on finding Splinter Cell! Let the softmodding commence! :)

 I would report it, but then we'd both lose our jobs.

I'll be doing the softmod as soon as I borrow the copy of Splinter Cell from my friend so yes, happy times!

Got Left 4 Dead 2 for Christmas. It was 69.99 so I'm bringing it back. It's half price at Best Buy so I bought it again with Assassin's Creed II. So, I paid 79.98 for Left 4 Dead 2 and Assassin's Creed II.

I found my copy of MechAssault in a used video game store. There were 3 copies of MechAssault. 2 had the platinum logo on the front and were ~$8, one was unadorned and was $16. Dude knew what was up, heh.
