Hahah. The itis! Did anyone ever see the Boondocks episode where Robert Freeman opens a restaurant based around inducing the itis in his customers?

While I've never had problems going to sleep, I do not sleep more than 7 hours and sometimes less and wish I could be as some people who sleep easily 10 hours or more. I also hated going to bed specially on weekdays when you work and you get home you want to do so much: movies, gaming, reading, friends, family and so on. On weekends if I don't go out at night I usually don't go to sleep later than midnight, now my body just asks for sleep at that hour even if I'm watching something spectacular and automatically when I lay down its instant sleep. Then the next day I'm up early and enjoying a long day, so when its lunch I've done lots of stuff. Have a little to thank the english premiership league because of the time difference have to watch the games in the morning, its 8:00am and I'm watching a game right now.

Try to do more work throughout the day, and also, don't try so hard to fall asleep, it comes naturally, just lay in bed and relax, don't try to calm your mind, just quietly meditate, you will eventually fall asleep, but if you are to concerned about falling asleep there is no way you will. You will sleep when your body needs you too,

No seriously,

You guys are great! Still providing a lot of useful feedback, which is great. I have actually made a lot of progress. I have cut out snacking right before going to sleep and I have been forcing myself to wake up early so that I am dead tired by the end of the night. It's become routine now, which is good. I have even been going to bed before 10 each night and waking up at 5 completely refreshed. Good tips by all!
