My custom/modded NES (pics coming soon)

I decided I wanted to make myself a custom NES, so I bought some Krylon paint and some LEDs. I swapped out the red power LED for a blue one (first time I've ever soldered and it turned out really well), then this moring I took the system apart completely and masked off some of the labels and stuff so my paint woudn't ruin them. I painted my first and second coats of Red paint and am waiting for it to dry. I also am going to paint a controller red to match, plus I'm going to add 2 blue LEDs to the contoller. I will post some pictures as soon as I fix my camera charger, I might have to go buy a new one.

I added another coat of paint and touched up some rough spots. I also painted my controller. I cant wait to take pics

I did, I need another coat though. I might even replace the bottom with a grey one, or paint it black. I also just put my controller together and it looks really good

Good, make sure to keep your coats nice and light. Don't rush through it.

I was touching up (paint) my NES and sorta messed it up. I need to sand and get anot her coat on it. I did finish painting my controller. Heres a pic (sorry for the quality)

Hey, just a tip, get as much light as possible with your camera, and pull back from the image, it will give MUCH better quality.

I'm using a little kids $15 camera...I still need to get a charger for my good one.
