Expect pain.

Pray that it's small enough to be passed naturally.

I had one that worked it's way into the cartilage of my penis (it was tiny and sharp) very painful

I went on 3 months of pills that would make my urine desolve it enough to dislodge it, 3 months of pills that would put vitamins etc in my urine to heal the opening all the while taking pills to stop erections, though that first morning one was always there. At the end of it I pretty much took the first girl I could find to get back on the horse so to speak. must have lasted about 4 minutes, I didn't care though just happy it worked!

As I understand it what I did is only an option for small stones if it's larger and can't pass down the pipes they have to go up and break it down piece by piece...

Expect blood in your piss and lots of pain.

I've had to go to the hospital to have them administer painkiller/anti-inflammatory meds a few times now. Personally, I couldn't even get up to walk to the car one time when I was in high school (about 6 years ago).

It's different with everyone, so talk to your doctor; try and get the stone for testing if you can, that will tell your doctor what kind of stone it is and what may be causing it. That's all I have for you, so I hope you make it through without too much discomfort.

::EDIT:: I wasn't trying to inject a religious agenda into your scenario of pain...just the first video I found with decent feedback.

I heard that people who drink a lot of soda tend to more easily get stones. I personally never had one. There was one person who worked for me who would get a stone every couple of years.

Hope it passes through painlessly as possible.

Ouch!

A guy I went to high school with passed a kidney stone during PE class in the shower. It was... quite a scene to be sure. It was funny at first (it was the class clown and we all though he was just joking around), but then everyone just felt bad for him.
