Game Room Color

Post by coloradog1 »

Hey guys. We will be moving into a new house sometime in January. I plan on putting a thread together similar to what Crabmaster2000 has done in showing the game room from start to finish. I was curious what everyone's opinion was as to what color a game room should be. The default color of the room is white, but if I am going to paint it I would like to do this before we move everything in. It seems like most of the game rooms I have looked at are white.

Any opinions would be appreciated.

I think that a cool blueish gray is a calming color. That is the color that I had in my game room for a while.

Is the title an allusion to the Gameboy Color?

Anyway, I've always just liked white walls, clean and simple. Then again, I am a man of simple taste.

Uh just cause your games are retro doesn't mean your game room has to be aswell.

I completely agree with a blue / grayish color. I went with a kind of flat navy blue that just kind of looks grayish from some angles.

Choose colors to reflect your favorite game franchise or system.
