ok, um, i have a pro action replay, and i have x-men vs. street fighter, and it totally doesn't work. am i doing something wrong? sorry to thread hijack.

Are you sure it's the Pro Action Replay. I think there's a regular Action Replay that doesn't have the video RAM. If you do have the Pro (3-in-1, or is it 4-in-1?) and it isn't working, then your cart slot is probably screwing with you. Is it an original copy? It could be a bad burn.

is the fact that i'm playing this on a US saturn what's holding me up? like can the cart not region convert and act as a RAM cart at the same time, for some silly, asinine reason?

Um, that doesn't look like it has the 1 or 4 meg of extra memory. That particulat one looks like it just lets you play imports and has space to copy off game saves.

You'd need this one to have the extra video ram. AR 4M plus

Yes, the 4M plus. That's what I have. They have to make it so damn confusing with all these different versions. There was a thread about them not too long ago, and some one explained the different versions, and I still can't remember lol.
