Yeah, habit is a part of it for sure. You can tell when you use the patches because the patches supply you with nicotine and it is just the habbit part that is left to deal with. That was that nagging in my brain telling me I was supose to be doing something that I wasn't.

It's crazy, as it seems I do it everyday, and I'm afraid I'll die if I don't do it.

I actually start to lose consciousness if I stay off it for too long.

I know right? I tried switching to helium, but it just didn't work for me.

Don't tell, but, I'm using right now. Vicious cycle this is.

No guys, Sleeping is NOT my addiction, but I just choose to sleep every night, and when I don't get myself some, I become pretty damn irritable.
