new stages look really good. Some other site pointed out tons of detail in each stage. In Africa there is a little bird fighting with the Hippo and eventually he ends up in his mouth. Dhalsims wife is in India only when he fights, kind of cool.
I really hope the last 4 characters are cool. If I had my choice they would be :
If I could decide four 'new' returning characters for what I can only assume will be called Super Street Fighter IV Turbo, they'd be Elena, Alex, Rolento & Karin.
Elena was the most beautifully animated character in SF3. Until we see her make the 3D transition - and still be just as much a wonder to behold in motion - Capcom is passively admitting that SF4 will never look as good as SF3. Also, she's just damn fun to play as.
Alex... Alex is the main character of SF3! C'mon! He's also the best grappler I've ever played as, and this is coming from a guy who often plays as characters like Zangief and Clark.
Rolento is possibly the most unique character from Street Fighter Alpha. His crazy mix-ups and just crazy in general moveset - a moveset I never saw in a fighting game before and rarely see mimicked - make him a timeless character.
Karin is the Ken to Sakura's Ryu - except that she has a fighting style that is completely separate. It just seems weird to have Sakura without Karin there, constantly trying to thwart her progress - and from a gameplay perspective, having Karin in there along with Sakura isn't nearly as redundant as having Ryu, Ken & Akuma.
Even though I don't play as them, I'd like to see Q and Oro make a return - and I'm very surprised I haven't seen Yun make an appearance, considering he showed up in Capcom vs SNK 2 & Street Fighter Alpha 3 MAX, and has been considered a fan favorite for quite some time.
