Region Patcher (Saturn)

So If I want to be able to play a Jap game (cue/bin) how do I patch it, so it will play on a US saturn...is there some kind of program?
(I haven't installed the new mod chip I got yet, because I am gonna try it on a Saturn I still am waiting to recieve.)
