Yeah, I find gaining weight difficult. The only way is to eat more (exercise is to make the weight gained become muscle/health weight and not unhealthy fat). When you don't have appetite or really IS full, you can't eat more.
I actually feel bad for the thin guys I see everyday at the gym. They struggle to gain some meager pounds through exercise and protein/carbohydrates/whatever ingesting and still aren't able to do so.
Actually, this is the only time I feel good to be able to get fat. The rest of the time it is depressing and hence why I dropped so much weight.

I am 5'10" and I weight 185-190ish. Before I quit smoking last new years my weight was always around 155-160. I would love to lose 15-20 lbs but I eat a lot more fast food than I used to also plus I drink 4 liters of Coka-Cola every day and 6-9 beers a night atleast 2 or 3 nights a week. I just need to alter my lifestyle to be a little bit healthier. Atleast I quit smoking. lol

Hey, that's pretty cool you lost so much weight from using Wii Fit. I remember when I used to play Wii Fit everyday for a few months. It really made a noticeable difference. I ordered Wii Fit Plus recently and now you have me extra pumped to get it. I am 6 foot and 175 lbs and I could stand to lose a few pounds plus gain a little more muscle.
The other video game that's great for your body is Dance Dance Revolution.

This is my biggest problem, along with beer.racketboy wrote:Cutting back on night-time snacking has been huge for me.Hobie-wan wrote:Wow, that's a lot. I think I lost about 10-12 just by starting working at home so I wasn't buying fast food for lunch every day, but 40 is pretty good for a video game exercise thing. Granted, I don't depend on it for the exercise (I do a lot of walking and then some simple stuff at home), but just weighing in everyday had helped me stay motivated and gives me feedback on what stuff is working for me (diet/exercise)
I just broke into the "Normal" category (after starting on the high end of "Overweight")
I used to be a sucker for eating a bowl of cereal or two right before bed...

Great job. That's a lot more than I expected from Wii Fit. Good to see you all healthy.
I'm excercise myself, but not via Wii Fit, my own training schedule. And hell yes, I second Dance Dance Revolution. So much sweat broken over that game.

Isnt 6' 190ish pounds healthy? Thats what im at. I wouldnt consider anything up to 220 fat for a person that tall. I guess it depends on your muscles to fat ratio, but it still doesnt sound fat to me. You're gonna give me a complex.

Well, I'm 6'1", 184, and work out at the gym at least 3 times a week. I still think I could lose more weight and gain more muscle.wilsona26 wrote:Isnt 6' 190ish pounds healthy? Thats what im at. I weigh around 180-185 now @ 6'1, but when I was working out regularly in the Army I weighed about 165, didn't look like a stick and felt like Fei Long. It's still amazing to me how you can put on some decent muscle, shed the fat and still weigh light as a feather.
