EA Sports Active actually makes you work out more than the Wii Fit series. I have both, but don't' play them anymore.... too busy posting on this forum.

Granted, I don't depend on it for the exercise (I do a lot of walking and then some simple stuff at home), but just weighing in everyday had helped me stay motivated and gives me feedback on what stuff is working for me (diet/exercise)

I just broke into the "Normal" category (after starting on the high end of "Overweight")
Wow, that's a lot. I think I lost about 10-12 just by starting working at home so I wasn't buying fast food for lunch every day, but 40 is pretty good for a video game exercise thing. Glad it got you motivated.
Cutting back on night-time snacking has been huge for me.
I used to be a sucker for eating a bowl of cereal or two right before bed...
Pfff! A bowl of cereal, eh? I eat a four-course meal almost immediately before bed close to three times a week. For being 6'1, my weight is still under 180.

Glad to hear Wii fit has been such a success story for you, Racket. Well done.

Thanks, Racket!

Are you doing sit-ups or something? Anaerobic exercises of any sort?

I think I'm around 5'11 and around 130lbs. Back few months ago when I was on a work term and not in school, I woke up at 8am regularly and actually ate breakfast everyday and I got to 140ish which I was very happy with. Now I'm back in school and have irregular sleeping schedule (staying up late, waking up late), always missing breakfast and don't eat as much for lunch (when I was working, I ate a lot for lunch cause it gets so tiring after working like 4 hours). So with my degree a year away from completion, I see the light...

But I actually don't know if I'm healthier at 140lb or 130lb. When I'm in school, I do more sports and work out. When I work, I never work out (gets way too tiring) and occasionally do sports. I think I walk more when I'm working though, so maybe that helps. But I definitely FELT healthier when I was 140lbs.

Holy cow. I'm 6'0" and just broke 184.
I have a little left on my belly, but not much else to lose...

Walking, crunches, pushups, and free weights (and nothing big)
Right now, just looking to work off the last bit of my gut and build up my arms back to what they were my Freshman year of college :)

I actually feel bad for the thin guys I see everyday at the gym. They struggle to gain some meager pounds through exercise and protein/carbohydrates/whatever ingesting and still aren't able to do so.

Actually, this is the only time I feel good to be able to get fat. The rest of the time it is depressing and hence why I dropped so much weight.
